Role & Responsibilities

• Manage proper rotation and care of goods according to company regulations and guidelines
• Oversee day-to-day goods receipt, storage, and preparation of products for sales floor and special areas with optimal timing efficiency
• Ensure shop-to-shop and return transfers comply with company guidelines and established timelines
• Process and manage e-commerce order flows from Prada.com and e-Tailer platforms to maintain required service levels
• Administer special stock categories including damaged products, hold inventory, consignment items, and products under repair
• Organize and manage packaging, stationery, display objects, uniforms, and gift flows within IT systems
• Guarantee secure and protective packaging of products for in-store use, inter-store transfers, and e-commerce shipments
• Implement company protocols in response to theft incidents and conduct investigations of system discrepancies
• Execute physical and cycle inventories for finished products and accessories while maintaining established company timelines
• Organize stockroom layout strategically from a commercial perspective to maximize visibility of bestsellers and new launches
• Support Sales Advisors with product knowledge across all merchandise categories to facilitate sales transactions
• Maintain security, cleanliness, and professional standards within the stockroom environment
• Record and track all product movements in IT systems with accompanying documentation
• Maintain supplier relationships and manage vendor communications
• Implement KPIs, guidelines, and operational procedures as directed by Store Operations Management and Headquarters

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stockroom or inventory management operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and IT platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Physical capability to handle merchandise and perform manual stockroom tasks

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in retail stockroom, warehouse operations, or inventory management is required. Familiarity with luxury retail environments or high-value product handling is advantageous.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent qualification required.
