Prada Stockroom Assistant in Hong Kong – manage inventory, warehouse operations, and support sales floor excellence at a luxury retail location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensures the safety and security of products and valuable merchandise in the warehouse
- Verifies product integrity upon receipt and maintains documentation
- Enters received goods into the IT inventory system accurately
- Organizes and positions products in the warehouse according to established criteria
- Prepares products for the sales floor, including anti-theft and price tagging
- Positions merchandise on the sales floor and maintains visual standards
- Maintains order, cleanliness, and organization within the warehouse at all times
- Prepares goods destined for repair and registers them in the IT system
- Dispatches merchandise to clients, factories, other stores, or warehouses
- Prepares and downloads shipment lists from the IT system for inter-store transfers
- Processes goods requiring return according to company protocol
- Ensures careful handling and proper care of merchandise throughout all operations
- Coordinates packaging material orders to meet store requirements
- Provides support to Client Advisors to facilitate sales transactions
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse or retail stockroom operations
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and IT platforms
- Attention to detail and accuracy in product handling
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and organize merchandise
- Organized approach to maintaining warehouse standards
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated experience in warehouse management, retail stockroom operations, or similar inventory-focused roles preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail or warehouse certifications are a plus.
