Miu Miu is hiring a Stockroom Assistant at K11 MUSEA, Hong Kong — entry‑level role supporting inventory, receiving and replenishment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming stock deliveries; verify items against packing lists and purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Prepare merchandise for the sales floor: ticketing, steaming/pressing, folding and replenishment to visual merchandising standards.
- Operate RF barcode scanners / handheld terminals and update stock management systems promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with store management and sales associates to support product transfers, returns and special requests.
- Ensure the stockroom is organised, secure and compliant with health & safety and brand handling protocols.
- Support periodic stocktakes, seasonal resets and store back‑of‑house projects as directed.
Qualifications
- Proven reliability, strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
- Customer‑oriented mindset with discretion when handling high‑value merchandise.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid right to work in Hong Kong.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level role; 0–2 years experience in retail stockroom, warehouse or logistics preferred. Prior exposure to luxury or premium fashion retail is an advantage.
Education
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, logistics or supply‑chain operations preferred.
