Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and proper handling of products and valuable materials throughout the warehouse process
• Manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, and prepare products for sales floor and special areas
• Organize, manage, and perform product counting and stocktakes
• Track product flow and maintain accurate inventory records through the SAP system
• Manage product flow during repair and maintenance cycles
• Oversee stockroom activities related to markdown and price adjustments
• Guarantee timely and compliant processing of returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries per corporate guidelines

Qualifications

• Exceptional sense of responsibility and accountability
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
• Organized and detail-oriented approach to all tasks
• Mature and assertive professional demeanor
• Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management systems
• Business or Retail Management degree, or equivalent professional experience

Skills

Experience

Relevant experience in retail stock management, warehouse operations, or inventory control within a luxury environment is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in SAP or comparable inventory tracking systems is advantageous.
