Prada is hiring a Stock Specialist in Milan. Manage inventory, receiving and stockroom operations for Prada's Milan retail location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
  • Maintain organised, secure and efficient stockroom and back-of-house areas according to luxury retail standards.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory reconciliations; investigate and report discrepancies.
  • Manage stock replenishment on the shop floor to support sales teams and visual merchandising requirements.
  • Coordinate transfers, returns and adjustments in the inventory management system and assist with paperwork.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with store management, sales staff and visual merchandisers to prioritise product flow and presentation.

Qualifications

  • Proven attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and moving boxed merchandise safely.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods.
  • Discreet, professional demeanour appropriate for luxury-brand retail environments.
