Stock Specialist position at Prada's Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive flagship store. Manage luxury inventory with SAP expertise and precision.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and proper handling of luxury products and valuable materials throughout the warehouse operation
- Manage daily goods receipt, organize merchandise according to corporate procedures, and prepare products for display and special areas
- Organize, manage, and execute product counting and stocktake procedures to maintain inventory accuracy
- Track product flow through the SAP system to ensure real-time inventory visibility and compliance
- Manage product flow during repair processes and coordinate markdown-related stockroom activities
- Process returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries in accordance with corporate guidelines and deadlines
- Monitor and minimize stock losses while maintaining KPI performance standards
