Prada is hiring a Stock Manager in Vienna to oversee inventory, receiving and stockroom operations for its Vienna boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of store inventory: receiving, inspection, tagging, labeling and accurate stockroom storage.
- Plan and execute regular stocktakes and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies and implement corrective actions to preserve stock integrity.
- Coordinate replenishment and transfers between store and central logistics to maintain optimal SKU availability on the sales floor.
- Supervise and coach stockroom and receiving staff; allocate tasks, enforce procedures and promote adherence to loss-prevention protocols.
- Maintain inventory records and prepare regular reports for store management and central merchandising teams.
- Ensure compliance with brand merchandising, handling and security standards for high-value merchandise.
- Collaborate with store leadership, visual merchandising and sales teams to support product flow and presentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing inventory or stockroom operations within luxury retail or high-end fashion (preferably 2+ years).
- Demonstrable supervisory experience with the ability to lead and develop a small team.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail and proven ability to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Physically able to perform stock-handling tasks and work flexible hours, including weekends and peak retail periods.
