Prada Group seeks a Stock Manager in Vienna to oversee inventory, SAP stock flow, returns and warehouse operations at the Prada store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily goods receipt and accurately process incoming merchandise according to corporate procedures.
  • Prepare, check and stage products for the sales floor and designated special areas, ensuring presentation and availability.
  • Maintain security of high‑value items and ensure product safety throughout all handling and storage processes.
  • Track product flow within the SAP system and ensure inventory records are reconciled and up to date.
  • Organise and maintain warehouse order and housekeeping to corporate standards.
  • Coordinate returns, shop‑to‑shop transfers and e‑commerce deliveries in line with corporate guidelines and deadlines.
  • Monitor and replenish packaging supplies by placing orders according to store needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar stock or inventory role, preferably within luxury retail.
  • Business or Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • Proven organisational ability with strong attention to detail and a hands‑on, ownership mindset.
  • High sense of responsibility and proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluent spoken German and English.

Experience

At least 3 years' professional experience in stockroom or inventory management within a retail, ideally luxury, environment. Demonstrated competence in SAP-driven product flow tracking, handling high-value merchandise, and coordinating returns and e-commerce dispatches.

Education

Business or Retail Management degree preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
