Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Manage daily goods receipt and storage, optimizing efficiency in product preparation for sales floors and special areas.
  • Oversee compliance with company guidelines and timelines for shop-to-shop and returns transfers.
  • Manage E-Commerce order flow to maintain required service levels.
  • Handle the flow of damaged and non-sellable products, including those on hold or consignment.
  • Coordinate the flow of products under repair and manage packaging and stationery both physically and in IT systems.
  • Organize system display objects, uniforms, and gifts, ensuring proper flow and documentation.
  • Guarantee product protection and packaging for in-store and transfer purposes, including E-Commerce shipments.
  • Adopt company guidelines in theft situations, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
  • Investigate system negatives promptly and ensure correct product flow documentation in IT systems.
  • Organize and execute physical and cycle inventories, respecting company timelines.
  • Manage warehouse activities related to sales, ensuring security and cleanliness.
  • Provide operational coverage during working hours as needed by the Store Manager.
  • Optimize and rationalize available spaces in collaboration with the Store Manager and Store Operations Manager.
  • Support sales associates and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as required.
  • Maintain relationships with providers and update the archive monthly.
  • Ensure confidentiality of alarm codes and manage the warehouse according to security guidelines.
  • Communicate with the Store Operations Manager regarding exceptions and escalations.
  • Implement KPIs updates, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.
  • Plan and manage department activities, including employee management and training.
  • Evaluate staff performance and conduct evaluation interviews with the Store Manager.
  • Coordinate and distribute tasks and responsibilities among resources.
  • Provide necessary information for task performance and manage induction training for new resources.
  • Ensure staff behavior aligns with Group standards and strengthen staff attitudes by prioritizing personal skills.
  • Ensure proper care of warehouse personnel.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in stock management or a related field within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and IT tools.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in stock management or a related role within the luxury retail industry is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
