Stock Manager at Prada in Sunrise, US — manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and lead the stock team in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of products and valuable materials throughout the warehouse handling process
- Manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, and prepare products for shop floor deployment
- Organize and conduct product counting and stock takes
- Track product flow accurately through SAP system
- Manage stockroom activities related to markdown and seasonal adjustments
- Coordinate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries in compliance with corporate guidelines and timelines
- Maintain security and cleanliness standards of the stock facility
- Optimize and organize stockroom space in collaboration with Store Manager and Store Operations Manager
- Train, manage, and evaluate stock team members
- Coordinate and plan staff activities, distributing tasks and responsibilities effectively
- Provide continuous training and coaching to the assigned team
- Conduct performance assessment interviews with staff in accordance with Store Manager
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members
- Business or Retail Management degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong proficiency with warehouse management and inventory systems
- Knowledge of luxury retail operations preferred
- Assertive and mature professional presence
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of stock management, warehouse operations, or inventory control experience in retail or luxury sectors. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity managing teams is expected.
Education
Business, Retail Management, or Supply Chain degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
