MIU MIU Stock Manager in Frankfurt am Main — lead boutique inventory, stockroom operations and stock control for MIU MIU in Frankfurt.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all stockroom and inventory operations for the boutique, ensuring merchandise is accurately received, processed and stored.
  • Plan and execute regular stocktakes and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies and maintain real‑time inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate replenishment between stockroom and sales floor to optimise availability and presentation of key product categories.
  • Manage receiving processes: inspect deliveries for quality, verify quantities against documentation, and process returns or corrections.
  • Implement loss‑prevention controls and secure handling procedures for high‑value items.
  • Prepare inventory reports and KPIs for store leadership; identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead and coach back‑of‑house personnel, assigning daily tasks and maintaining staff rotas and training records.
  • Collaborate closely with store management, visual merchandising and regional supply chain teams to support launches and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail inventory or stockroom experience in a luxury or premium fashion environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a small team and manage back‑of‑house operations.
