Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan stock team activities, distributing tasks and responsibilities equitably
• Provide team members with necessary information, tools, and resources to perform their duties
• Manage induction and onboarding of new team members through structured coaching, training, and feedback
• Conduct performance assessment interviews with stock team members in liaison with Store Management
• Train, coach, and supervise staff; communicate performance issues and attendance concerns to Store Management
• Secure stockroom facilities, assigned keys, and alarm codes; maintain stockroom attendance protocols
• Monitor staff attendance, dependability, punctuality, and time-clock accuracy
• Maintain safe and clean working environments throughout the stockroom and receiving areas
• Oversee execution of regular cycle counts to ensure on-hand inventory accuracy
• Manage merchandise upload and download processes in a correct and timely manner
• Ensure all inventory transfers (inbound and outbound) are entered into SAP at time of processing
• Investigate and correct all receiving errors or inconsistencies
• Separate goods by classification and organize back stock according to established criteria
• Prepare products for the sales floor, including anti-theft tagging and pricing
• Oversee repair processes and schedule weekly cycle counts
• Ensure correct dispatch of goods to clients, warehouse facilities, and other store locations
• Support ecommerce platform distribution and fulfillment operations
• Manage packaging and office supply ordering and inventory
• Protect and manage store visual merchandising props and fixtures
• Lead full inventory process preparation, coordination, and execution; reconcile results for corporate submission
• Liaise with Loss Prevention and Store Operations Area Manager regarding stock losses and discrepancies
• Maintain Prada standards for organization and cleanliness of receiving and office areas
• Execute all stock-related direction provided by corporate partners
• Follow and uphold all company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Communicate maintenance issues to Technical/Facilities Department and monitor progress on all requests
• Manage uniform distribution for new hires and coordinate end-of-season uniform collection and destruction
• Contribute to store performance and support achievement of sales targets and budgets

• Physical capability to lift, push, and pull boxes without assistance
• Ability to pack, unpack, and move stock when supporting back-of-house functions
• Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts
• Flexibility to accommodate business scheduling needs

Skills

Experience

3+ years of retail or warehouse inventory management experience, with demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior experience in luxury retail is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or associate degree in business, logistics, or supply chain is preferred but not required.
