Prada seeks a Stock Intern at La Vallée Village (Paris area) to support inventory, receiving and replenishment. Internship opportunity.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries; verify quantities, SKU accuracy and delivery documentation.
  • Unpack, ticket and organise merchandise in the stockroom according to store procedures and merchandising plans.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory reconciliations; report discrepancies and assist during audits.
  • Prepare stock transfers, returns and shipments in compliance with company protocols and loss-prevention policies.
  • Replenish the sales floor promptly and support visual merchandising teams to ensure product presentation standards.
  • Maintain a safe, orderly and compliant stockroom environment; assist with housekeeping and stock rotation (FIFO).
  • Support the store team during peak periods, sales events and stocktakes; undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a programme in retail management, logistics, fashion business or a related field.
  • Strong organisational aptitude, meticulous attention to detail and reliable time management.
  • Physical ability to handle merchandise and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and occasional extended hours; commitment to punctuality.
  • Professional demeanour, discretion and ability to work collaboratively within a branded retail team.
  • Prior retail or stockroom experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
