Prada seeks a Stock Controller in Stockholm to manage warehouse operations, inventory, and e-commerce fulfillment in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt, storage, and preparation for sales floor deployment, optimizing timing and efficiency
- Prepare and execute shop-to-shop transfers and product returns in compliance with company procedures and timelines
- Process e-commerce order fulfillment for Prada.com and authorized e-tailers while maintaining required service levels
- Organize and manage flows of damaged, non-sellable, and consignment products, including items under repair
- Maintain packaging, stationery, display objects, uniforms, and gifts inventory both physically and in IT systems
- Ensure proper protection and packaging of products for in-store use and transfers, including e-commerce shipments
- Document and investigate system discrepancies, theft incidents, and inventory variances according to company guidelines
- Participate in physical and cycle inventories of finished products and accessory locations, respecting company timelines
- Support warehouse space optimization through collaboration with Store Manager and Store Operations Manager
- Maintain cleanliness, security, and organization of warehouse facilities
- Assist sales associates with warehouse-related needs and collaborate with visual merchandising teams as required
- Monitor and update KPIs, maintain archives on a monthly basis, and comply with all company procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
- Prior experience in warehouse or stock management within a luxury or premium brand
- Understanding of luxury customer service principles and their application to logistics operations
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to product care standards

Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand environment, ideally with exposure to multi-channel retail operations including e-commerce fulfillment.
