Prada Stock Controller position at Harrods, London. Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and e-commerce fulfillment for luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure proper care and protection of products in compliance with company guidelines and procedures
- Manage day-to-day receipt, storage, and organization of goods, optimizing timing and efficiency
- Prepare shop-to-shop transfers and returns processing according to established timelines
- Fulfill e-commerce orders from Prada.com and partner e-Tailers to required service levels
- Organize and manage damaged goods, non-sellable inventory, consignment items, and products under repair
- Organize packaging, stationery, display objects, uniforms, and gifts systems both physically and in IT systems
- Ensure secure packaging of products for in-store use, transfers, and e-commerce shipments
- Implement company protocols in response to theft incidents, including documentation and communication
- Investigate system discrepancies and support resolution processes
- Record and track product movements and related documentation in IT systems
- Participate in physical and cycle inventory counts for finished goods and accessories
- Support warehouse activities in relation to sales operations
- Maintain warehouse security, cleanliness, and optimal space utilization in collaboration with Store Management
- Provide support to Sales Associates and Visual Merchandising teams as needed
- Maintain vendor relationships and communications
- Archive and update records on a monthly basis
- Comply with KPI updates, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations Management and Headquarters
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse management or inventory control within a luxury or premium brand environment
- Demonstrated understanding of luxury customer service standards
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English
