Stock Controller position at Miu Miu boutique within Harrods, London. Support warehouse and retail operations for a luxury fashion retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the sales team when serving customers and fulfilling their needs
- Transport unsold products between stockroom and sales floor to optimize inventory availability
- Process orders from the sales team accurately and efficiently
- Assist in wrapping and presenting merchandise to customers
- Serve refreshments to customers as required
- Organize, maintain, and optimize warehouse space and stock rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom areas
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury or premium retail environments
- Demonstrated understanding of luxury customer service standards
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Capability to work effectively both as a team member and independently
