Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Stock Manager in daily warehouse operations, ensuring correct handling, protection and storage of merchandise according to company guidelines.
  • Receive, inspect and record incoming goods; prepare and stage products for the sales floor and special storage areas to optimise flow and timing.
  • Process and prepare shop‑to‑shop transfers and vendor returns in compliance with company procedures and timelines.
  • Pick, pack and dispatch e‑commerce orders (Prada.com and approved e‑tailers), ensuring required service levels and correct packaging.
  • Manage flows of damaged, on‑hold, consignment or repair items; maintain accurate status and documentation in the IT systems.
  • Organise and maintain packaging, stationery and display objects both physically and on the inventory system.
  • Execute and participate in physical and cycle inventories for finished goods and accessory locations, respecting company schedules.
  • Record movements of stock and associated documentation in the store IT system and support investigations of system discrepancies.
  • Support store sales associates during peak activity and collaborate with Visual Merchandising when required.
  • Maintain supplier contacts for warehouse‑related services and contribute to archive organisation on a monthly basis.
  • Contribute to space optimisation and rationalisation of storage areas in coordination with Store and Store Operations Managers.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, security and adherence to loss‑prevention procedures, including appropriate documentation in case of theft.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in stock control, warehouse or inventory operations within a luxury or premium brand.
  • Solid understanding of luxury customer service principles and care of premium product.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client and supplier relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional retail team.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory IT systems and accurate documentation practices.
