Prada is hiring a part-time Stock Associate in Sydney. Manage inventory, stock-takes, and ecommerce operations for the Westfield store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and monitor all stock levels across the store
- Execute weekly cycle counts and bi-annual stock-take audits
- Supervise all stock movements including international shipments, gifting, store transfers, and internal usage
- Maintain product repairs documentation in the system
- Oversee ecommerce activities including sales, shipments, returns, and KPI deliverables
- Maintain the stockroom in accordance with Prada standards and occupational health and safety regulations
- Ensure exceptional care and handling of all products within the stockroom
Qualifications
- Previous experience in back-of-house or warehouse roles
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and back-of-house administration
- Demonstrated proficiency in stock control and inventory management
- Proficiency with Excel and SAP or similar inventory management systems
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Dynamic and agile approach to problem-solving
