Prada is hiring a part-time Stock Associate in Sydney. Manage inventory, stock-takes, and ecommerce operations for the Westfield store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize and monitor all stock levels across the store
  • Execute weekly cycle counts and bi-annual stock-take audits
  • Supervise all stock movements including international shipments, gifting, store transfers, and internal usage
  • Maintain product repairs documentation in the system
  • Oversee ecommerce activities including sales, shipments, returns, and KPI deliverables
  • Maintain the stockroom in accordance with Prada standards and occupational health and safety regulations
  • Ensure exceptional care and handling of all products within the stockroom

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in back-of-house or warehouse roles
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations and back-of-house administration
  • Demonstrated proficiency in stock control and inventory management
  • Proficiency with Excel and SAP or similar inventory management systems
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Dynamic and agile approach to problem-solving
