Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, verifying product quality and preparing items for the sales floor and special displays
- Maintain product and material safety in the warehouse throughout the entire handling and storage process
- Track product flow and inventory movements through the SAP system to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Preserve warehouse organization and cleanliness according to corporate standards at all times
- Process returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries in adherence with corporate guidelines and deadlines
- Coordinate packaging material orders based on store requirements and operational needs
- Support the Stock Manager with general warehouse and store operations

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse or stock management role
- Experience in the luxury retail sector preferred
- Strong affinity and genuine appreciation for luxury products
- High sense of responsibility and accountability
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are advantageous
