Prada Group seeks a Stock Associate in Short Hills to manage warehouse operations, inventory tracking, and product flow using SAP.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor and special display areas
- Ensure product safety and secure handling of valuable materials throughout the warehouse operational process
- Maintain accurate product flow tracking and inventory records using the SAP system
- Uphold consistent warehouse organization and cleanliness standards in accordance with corporate guidelines
- Process returns, inter-store transfers, and e-commerce deliveries while adhering to established corporate protocols and timelines
- Coordinate packaging material orders based on store requirements and inventory levels
- Support the Stock Manager and Sales Staff to optimize merchandise availability and facilitate sales performance
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse or stock management role
- Familiarity with retail operations, ideally within the luxury sector
- Proficiency with inventory management systems such as SAP
- High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently
