Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise following Corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor or special display areas
- Ensure the safety and security of luxury products and valuable materials throughout the warehouse handling process
- Maintain accurate product flow tracking and inventory records using the SAP system
- Uphold warehouse organization and cleanliness according to Corporate standards
- Process returns, inter-store transfers, and e-commerce deliveries in compliance with corporate guidelines and deadlines
- Coordinate packaging material orders to meet store operational requirements
- Support the sales team and Stock Manager in daily retail operations to drive sales performance
Qualifications
- Previous working experience in a similar stock or warehouse role
- Experience in the luxury retail sector preferred
- Demonstrated affinity for luxury products and attention to detail
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
