Prada Stock Associate, New York: Manage warehouse operations, inventory, and retail merchandise for a luxury flagship store on Madison Avenue.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt, arrange merchandise following corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor and designated display areas
- Ensure the security and safety of products and valuable materials throughout all handling and storage processes
- Maintain accurate product flow tracking through the SAP system
- Maintain warehouse organization according to corporate standards and cleanliness protocols
- Process returns, inter-store transfers, and e-commerce shipments in compliance with corporate guidelines and deadlines
- Order and manage packaging materials according to store requirements
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar warehouse, stock, or inventory management role
- Experience in luxury retail sector preferred
- Strong affinity for luxury products
- High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently when required
