Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities, product condition and documentation against delivery manifests.
- Sort, tag and store merchandise in the stockroom according to established organization systems and luxury-handling protocols.
- Replenish sales floor inventory promptly and accurately to support merchandising directives and maintain visual standards.
- Operate inventory-control tools (barcode/RFID scanners, stock management software) to update stock levels and perform cycle counts.
- Prepare and process customer returns, exchanges and outgoing shipments while ensuring traceability and condition compliance.
- Maintain a meticulous, secure and health-and-safety–compliant stockroom environment; enforce loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with sales and visual merchandising teams to locate product, stage replenishments and support special events or deliveries.
Qualifications
- Proven reliability, punctuality and ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and peak seasons.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to the careful handling and presentation of high-value merchandise.
- Physical ability to lift, carry and move boxes and display units safely and to stand for extended periods.
- Discretion and respect for client privacy and confidential product information.
- Prior experience in retail stock, warehouse, or receiving — experience within luxury fashion or premium retail is preferred.
- Basic digital literacy with the capacity to learn inventory and point-of-sale systems quickly; bilingual ability is advantageous but not required.

Education
