Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt and process incoming merchandise according to corporate procedures.
- Prepare and stage product for the sales floor and special areas, ensuring correct stock rotation and presentation.
- Maintain warehouse order, security of high-value items and compliance with store handling standards.
- Track product movement and inventory levels in SAP, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
- Process returns, shop-to-shop transfers and e‑commerce fulfilment within corporate guidelines and deadlines.
- Support Sales Staff on the sales floor when required to maximise sales and customer experience.
- Order and manage packaging materials and other stockroom supplies to meet store operational needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a stockroom, inventory or warehouse role; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- High affinity for luxury products and strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.
Skills
Experience
Previous hands-on experience in a stock or inventory role is required; experience within luxury retail is strongly preferred. Specific years are not stipulated.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in logistics, retail operations or supply chain is advantageous.
