Prada is seeking a Stock Associate in Miami to manage inventory, maintain stockroom standards, track product flow in SAP, and oversee receipts, repairs, markdowns, returns, transfers and e-commerce deliveries. The role supports sales-floor operations and minimizes stock losses while following corporate procedures.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage stock in accordance with KPIs, corporate guidelines and procedures, supporting the selling process through impeccable stock maintenance and minimizing stock losses.
- Implement guidelines from the Store Operations Department and Store Manager.
- Safeguard products and valuable materials in the warehouse throughout the handling process.
- Manage daily goods receipts, arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, and prepare products for the sales floor and special areas.
- Organize, manage and perform product counts and stocktakes.
- Track product flow accurately through SAP.
- Manage product flow during repairs.
- Manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
- Process returns, shop-to-shop transfers and e-commerce deliveries in line with corporate guidelines and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High affinity for luxury products.

- Mature and assertive.
- Interest in luxury, fashion, art and design.
- English is required; other languages are a plus.
Skills
Education
A degree in Business or Retail Management, or equivalent, is a plus.
