Stock Associate role at Prada Miami Design District. Manage inventory, oversee warehouse operations, and lead stock teams in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of luxury merchandise and valuable materials in the warehouse throughout the entire handling process
- Manage daily goods receipt, merchandise arrangement according to corporate procedures, and preparation of products for sales floor and special display areas
- Organize, manage, and execute product counts and full stocktakes with precision
- Monitor product flow and inventory tracking through the SAP system
- Oversee product flow during repairs and manage stockroom activities related to markdown operations
- Guarantee compliance with corporate guidelines and deadlines for returns, inter-store transfers, and e-commerce deliveries
- Supervise and mentor stock specialist team members against established KPIs and corporate standards
Qualifications

Experience
Experience in retail warehouse operations, stock management, or inventory control within a luxury retail environment is preferred. Prior experience leading or supervising warehouse or stock teams is advantageous.
Education
Business, Retail Management degree, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
