Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming merchandise shipments; verify packing lists and report discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to luxury retail standards, ensuring accurate labelling, tagging and secure storage of high-value items.
- Replenish the sales floor swiftly and discreetly, executing floor moves, visual resets and merchandising tasks to brand guidelines.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliations; update inventory records and communicate variances to management.
- Assist sales floor colleagues with product pulls, returns processing and special orders while maintaining exceptional guest-facing demeanour when required.
- Operate material handling equipment safely; follow loss-prevention procedures and uphold security protocols for high-value merchandise.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail stockroom, inventory or warehouse experience preferred; luxury retail or boutique experience a strong advantage.
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes regularly and to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and peak-season shifts.
- Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior experience in retail stocking, back-of-house operations, or warehouse environments preferred but not strictly required. Luxury retail experience is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or retail operations is a plus.
