Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming merchandise shipments, verifying quantities and documenting discrepancies.
- Manage stockroom organization and replenishment to ensure timely floor replenishment and adherence to visual merchandising directives.
- Perform inventory counts, maintain accurate stock records and assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
- Prepare merchandise for sales floor presentation, price/label items and stage transfers or markdowns as directed by the store leadership.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, health & safety and equipment-operating procedures; maintain a clean, orderly back-of-house environment.
- Collaborate with sales, visual merchandising and inventory teams to support store operations during peak periods, events and stock movements.
Qualifications
- Legally authorised to work in the United States.
- Reliable availability including flexibility for weekend, evening and holiday shifts.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to industry-standard weights and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong organisational aptitude with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and following store procedures precisely.

Experience
Entry-level role; typically 0–2 years of retail or warehouse stockroom experience preferred. Prior exposure to luxury or high-turnover retail environments is advantageous.
