Prada is hiring a Stock Associate in Las Vegas, NV — manage inventory, SAP tracking and warehouse operations for the Prada boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt and inspect incoming merchandise, preparing items for placement on the sales floor or special displays in accordance with corporate procedures.
- Control product rotation and maintain warehouse order and cleanliness to corporate standards, ensuring stock is accessible and presentation-ready.
- Track product flow and inventory movements through the SAP system, ensuring records are accurate and timely.
- Safeguard merchandise and valuable materials throughout handling, storage and transfers to minimize loss and damage.
- Process returns, shop-to-shop transfers and e‑commerce deliveries within corporate guidelines and deadlines.
- Support the Stock Manager with warehouse operations and assist sales staff by supplying merchandise and responding to ad hoc requests.
- Order and manage packaging materials and consumables to meet store requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse or similar inventory role; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable affinity for luxury goods and rigorous attention to detail.
- High sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Previous working experience in a similar stockroom or warehouse role is required; experience within luxury retail is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
