The Stock Associate supports Prada’s warehouse and store operations, maintaining product integrity and organization, processing inventory, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, repairs and dispatch, and assisting with ecommerce distribution. The role also supports sales targets, inventory preparation, monthly counts and reconciliations, and corporate stock directives; flexible scheduling and physical stock-handling duties are required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Rotate goods in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the Stock Manager with warehouse and store responsibilities.
- Support the sales floor to help maximize sales.
- Safeguard products and valuable materials in the warehouse.
- Check that products are intact.
- Enter incoming goods into the inventory system.
- Organize warehouse products according to established criteria and maintain warehouse order.
- Prepare products for the sales floor, including applying anti-theft tags and pricing.
- Prepare goods for repairs.
- Dispatch goods to clients, the warehouse, or other stores.
- Assist with distribution across all ecommerce platforms.
- Ensure goods are properly cared for throughout the handling process.
- Support the sales team in achieving store sales targets.
- Assist the Store Manager with inventory preparations.
- Assist management with monthly cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Carry out stock-related direction provided by corporate partners.
