Role & Responsibilities
- Ensures the safety and security of all products and valuable materials within the warehouse environment
- Verifies that all incoming products are intact and undamaged upon receipt
- Enters all received goods into the IT inventory management system
- Organizes and arranges products in the warehouse according to established company standards and criteria
- Prepares merchandise for the sales floor, including application of anti-theft tags and price labels
- Positions products on the sales floor according to merchandising guidelines
- Maintains warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards at all times
- Prepares items designated for repair and registers them in the IT system
- Dispatches goods to clients, factories, partner stores, or external warehouses as directed
- Downloads distribution lists from the IT system for inter-store and inter-warehouse transfers
- Prepares merchandise requiring return processing
- Ensures proper care and handling of goods throughout all warehouse and logistics processes
- Provides inventory forecasts and places orders for packaging materials based on store requirements
