Prada Stock Assistant — Isetan Shinjuku 4F, Tokyo. Join Prada’s retail team to manage inbound stock, inventory and back‑of‑house operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and log incoming deliveries; verify quantities, item codes and condition against delivery documentation.
  • Maintain an orderly, efficient stockroom: sort, label and store merchandise according to brand procedures and stock-location systems.
  • Prepare and replenish sales-floor inventory promptly to support merchandising and client demand.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies and report variances to store management.
  • Operate handheld scanners and basic stock-management tools to update inventory records and assist in stock transfers.
  • Support loss-prevention and brand-compliance protocols, including secure handling of high-value items and adherence to product security procedures.
  • Assist visual merchandising and store teams with back-of-house logistics for new arrivals, returns and special events.

Qualifications

  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy in handling merchandise and documentation.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending and prolonged standing.
  • Reliable time-management and the capacity to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong numeracy for stock counts and basic reconciliation.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling high-value luxury goods.

Experience
