Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments; verify quantities, SKU accuracy and garment condition against delivery documents.
  • Organise and maintain the stockroom to luxury-brand standards, including hanging, folding, tagging and protective packaging.
  • Execute daily replenishment of the sales floor, prioritising visual presentation and SKU rotation to support merchandising directives.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and cyclical audits; reconcile discrepancies and prepare variance reports for store management.
  • Manage stock transfers, returns and outbound shipments in accordance with company procedures and carriers' requirements.
  • Operate handheld scanners and stock management terminals; ensure accurate data entry into the store inventory system.
  • Maintain health, safety and loss-prevention protocols in the stockroom and receiving areas; support investigations of shrinkage when required.
  • Liaise with sales and visual merchandising teams to coordinate deliveries, special requests and prioritized replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in France and availability to work retail hours including occasional weekends and evenings.
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy; ability to accurately count and reconcile multiple SKUs under time constraints.
  • Physical capability to lift and move merchandise safely (regular lifting up to typical retail weight limits).
  • Reliable timekeeping, strong organisational skills and a collaborative, service-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with basic stockroom procedures and occupational health & safety standards.

Experience
