Prada Group seeks a Stock Assistant in Paris — support inventory operations, stockroom management and sales-floor replenishment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes; inspect goods for quality and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure efficient storage, fast retrieval and strict adherence to brand presentation standards.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor promptly and collaborate with visual merchandising to support displays and launches.
- Perform regular inventory counts, cycle counts and stock reconciliations; report discrepancies and support loss-prevention procedures.
- Prepare and process transfers, returns and inter-store shipments; label and tag merchandise according to company protocols.
- Operate inventory hardware (handheld scanners) and record stock movements in the store management system; ensure data accuracy.
- Support the sales team during peak periods by locating items, preparing special requests and maintaining rapid response times.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized back-of-house environment consistent with health, safety and brand compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail stock control, warehouse or back-of-house operations preferred (typically 1+ year).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy for inventory reconciliation.
- Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and extended periods on foot.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility regarding luxury merchandise and loss prevention.
- Flexible availability to support retail operational hours, including weekends and seasonal peaks.

Experience
Entry-level role; typically 1+ year of experience in retail stock or warehouse operations is preferred. Experience in luxury retail or fashion environments is an advantage.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training in retail, logistics or fashion is a plus.
