Prada Group — Paris: Stock Assistant role managing warehouse operations, inventory rotation and SAP-controlled product flow for the store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, preparing product for the sales floor and special areas.
- Ensure correct rotation of stock and the safekeeping of products and high-value items throughout handling processes.
- Track product flow and inventory movements using the SAP system, maintaining accurate records and stock visibility.
- Maintain order and housekeeping standards in the warehouse in line with corporate guidelines.
- Process returns, shop-to-shop transfers and e-commerce deliveries in accordance with corporate policies and deadlines.
- Monitor and order packaging and consumable materials required by the store.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a stockroom, warehouse or inventory role; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP inventory/warehouse modules or equivalent stock-management systems.
- High affinity for luxury products and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and reliability in handling valuable merchandise.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Skills
Experience
Previous solid working experience in a similar stock or warehouse role is required; prior experience in luxury retail is highly desirable.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in logistics, warehousing or retail operations is an advantage.
