Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries according to brand procedures; verify quantities and documentation.
- Unpack, ticket and prepare merchandise for storage or immediate transfer to the sales floor in line with visual and presentation standards.
- Maintain an organised, secure and efficient stockroom: label, store and rotate inventory to protect merchandise condition and accessibility.
- Perform regular cycle counts and participate in full inventory audits; reconcile discrepancies and report variances to management.
- Support replenishment of the sales floor and prepare client reservations, hold items and special requests promptly and accurately.
- Adhere to loss‑prevention, security and safety protocols at all times; report damaged or missing goods according to policy.
- Collaborate with sales, visual merchandising and store management to ensure timely execution of launches, transfers and floor moves.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or stockroom experience preferred (luxury retail a strong advantage).
- Proven reliability and strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfort with physical aspects of the role, including lifting, bending and prolonged standing.
- High level of discretion and respect for client confidentiality and brand standards.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and occasional peak‑season hours.
