PRADA Stock Assistant in Munich — manage inventory, receiving and stockroom operations for the Prada boutique in Munich.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries; verify quantities and quality against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Manage stockroom organisation and housekeeping to maintain accessibility and compliance with brand visual standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full stocktakes; reconcile discrepancies and report variances to store management.
- Replenish the sales floor promptly and accurately, ensuring product presentation aligns with merchandising directives.
- Operate handheld scanners and update inventory systems to reflect movements, transfers and adjustments.
- Prepare and process customer returns, inter-store transfers and online order fulfilment support as required.
- Support loss‑prevention procedures and maintain secure handling of high-value merchandise.
- Collaborate with store management, visual merchandising and sales teams to align stock levels with demand.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail stockroom, inventory control or logistics (1+ year preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy for inventory reconciliation.
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise safely and to work on feet for extended periods.
- Familiarity with retail receiving procedures, stocktaking and basic warehouse safety.
- Customer-oriented demeanour with the flexibility to assist the sales floor during peak periods.
- Basic digital literacy; comfortable learning proprietary inventory or POS systems.

Experience
Preferably one year or more of stockroom, retail or warehouse experience; prior exposure to luxury retail or high-value goods is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, logistics or a related field is desirable.
