Stock Assistant role at Prada Honolulu boutique—manage inventory, warehouse operations, and merchandise rotation in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, preparing products for sales floor and special display areas
- Ensure product safety and secure handling of valuable materials throughout the warehouse
- Track product flow and inventory movement via SAP system
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness in accordance with corporate standards
- Process returns, coordinate shop-to-shop transfers, and manage e-commerce deliveries within required timelines
- Order and manage packaging materials according to store requirements
- Support sales staff to maximize sales performance
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse or stock management role
- Experience in luxury retail sector preferred
- High affinity for luxury products and brand values
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
