PRADA in Berlin seeks a Stock Assistant. Join the boutique team to manage inventory, receiving and back-of-house operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and condition against delivery documentation.
  • Organise and maintain the stockroom to luxury-brand standards, ensuring efficient storage, labelling and accessibility of merchandise.
  • Replenish sales floor stock promptly and according to visual merchandising guidelines; support the sales team with product availability.
  • Perform regular stock counts and cycle counts; investigate and report discrepancies and support shrinkage-reduction initiatives.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments and inter-store transfers, preparing packaging and documentation accurately.
  • Operate handheld scanners and inventory systems to update stock records in real time; escalate system issues to management.
  • Adhere to health, safety and loss-prevention procedures; maintain cleanliness and order in back-of-house areas.
  • Support ad-hoc retail tasks such as unpacking seasonal deliveries, tagging, steaming and staging merchandise for the sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Proven reliability and strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, prolonged standing, climbing ladders) safely and consistently.
  • Basic numeracy and aptitude for inventory control and accurate record-keeping.
  • Clear, professional communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and visual teams.
  • Right to work in Germany; flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and occasional extended shifts.
