Prada seeks a Stock Assistant in Bangkok to manage merchandise receipt, stockroom organization, product tracking, returns, transfers, e-commerce deliveries, and packaging orders. The role also supports the Store Manager and sales team in maintaining store operations and maximizing sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise according to corporate procedures, checking and preparing products for the sales floor and special areas.
- Ensure the safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse throughout handling.
- Track product flow in SAP.
- Maintain warehouse order in line with corporate standards.
- Process returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries according to corporate guidelines and deadlines.
- Order packaging materials according to store needs.
- Manage the proper rotation of goods according to company regulations.
- Support the Store Manager with warehouse and store responsibilities.
- Assist the sales team to help maximize sales.
Qualifications
- Previous work experience in a similar role.
- Experience ideally in the luxury retail sector.
- High affinity for luxury products.
- A strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good English communication skills.
