Prada Group seeks a Stock Advisor for its Istanbul outlet. Outlet role focused on inventory control, replenishment and stockroom operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming merchandise shipments; verify quantities, SKUs and condition against delivery documentation.
- Manage stockroom organisation and housekeeping to ensure rapid access and accurate allocation of inventory.
- Replenish the sales floor continuously, execute timely transfers and support visual merchandising teams with product placement.
- Execute regular cycle counts, stocktakes and reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy and minimise shrinkage.
- Process returns, receipts and inter‑store transfers in line with company procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Support loss‑prevention measures by adhering to security protocols and reporting discrepancies to store management.
- Collaborate with store leadership to prioritise assortments, fulfil special requests and expedite high‑demand items for clients.
- Operate point‑of‑sale and stock‑management systems to update stock levels and document movements.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or retail is an asset.
- Preferably 1+ year of experience in retail stock or inventory roles, ideally within fashion or luxury retail.
- Physical ability to handle repetitive lifting, prolonged standing and safe operation of manual handling equipment.
- High attention to detail, strong numeracy and proven reliability in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Preferably one year or more of hands‑on experience in stockroom, inventory control or logistics within a retail environment; prior exposure to fashion or luxury brands is advantageous.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; certificate in logistics, retail operations or a related field is a plus.
