Prada seeks a Showroom Dresser in Milan — prepare and present luxury garments for client appointments and showroom events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, steam and press sample garments and accessories to showroom-standard prior to client appointments, presentations and photoshoots.
- Dress clients, mannequins and models for showroom viewings and fittings, ensuring correct styling and fit while protecting delicate fabrics.
- Maintain the showroom wardrobe: catalogue, inspect, repair minor damages, manage hang-tags and return logistics for samples.
- Coordinate closely with sales, PR and design teams to execute styling directions and ensure garments are presented according to brand guidelines.
- Set up and refresh presentation spaces; ensure storage areas are orderly and stock rotation procedures are followed.
- Assist with on-site fittings and provide detailed garment handling notes to alterations or tailoring teams when required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience handling high-end garments in a luxury showroom, atelier, backstage or premium retail environment (preferred 1–3 years).
- Deep knowledge of fabric care, garment construction and appropriate handling techniques for delicate materials.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a client-facing manner consistent with luxury brand standards.
- Ability to follow precise styling directions and work collaboratively with sales, styling and tailoring teams.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift/handle clothing racks and boxes as required.

Typically requires 1–3 years of experience in a luxury showroom, high-end retail or backstage dressing role with direct exposure to premium garments and client fittings.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, textiles or garment technology is advantageous.
