Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain showroom layouts and backstage areas in accordance with company guidelines during buying and sales campaigns.
- Number, organise and recover garments and samples required for showroom presentations and sales activities.
- Support Wholesale, Retail Merchandising and Styling teams during showroom events, ensuring timely availability of materials.
- Manage backstage dressing, ensuring models wear collections consistent with brand standards and styling directions.
- Re-sort, inspect and rehouse returned garments and samples; maintain overall order and presentation throughout events.
- Assist Sales Showroom Sellers and Retail Merchandisers in the logistical preparation of sales campaigns.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written Italian and English.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and sensitivity to brand aesthetics.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of detailed tasks with precision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with merchandising, sales and styling teams.
- Willingness and flexibility to work during intensive buying/sales campaign periods and event schedules.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a showroom, backstage, sample room or luxury retail environment is preferred; experience supporting buying or sales campaigns and working with merchandising/styling teams is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, merchandising or a related discipline is preferred.
