PRADA seeks a Senior Sales Assistant for its Metzingen outlet — lead sales, clienteling and team support in a luxury retail setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor in an outlet environment to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets (KPIs).
- Deliver exemplary, personalized client service and develop long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Coach, mentor and support junior sales colleagues; model brand-appropriate behaviours and service standards.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation with strict accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation and stock replenishment to corporate standards.
- Support stock control, receiving and inventory processes to minimise shrinkage and ensure catalogue integrity.
- Assist store management with administrative tasks, reporting and operational initiatives as required.
- Uphold brand security policies and loss-prevention procedures while contributing to a professional store environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales; demonstrable outlet or high-volume retail background is advantageous.
- Previous supervisory or senior sales experience with responsibility for coaching and supporting colleagues.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused orientation.
- Reliable numeracy and cash-handling capabilities; experience using POS systems.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak shopping periods; right to work in Germany.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail, ideally within the luxury sector, with at least one year in a senior or supervisory sales role.
Education
Secondary-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Metzingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, with easy access to Stuttgart.
