Role & Responsibilities
- Identify local training needs in collaboration with business support departments and Headquarters Training leadership.
- Develop and implement training programs using various delivery modes, including in-person and digital platforms.
- Train store staff to enhance Customer Experience in line with Corporate and Brand standards.
- Ensure proper implementation of the Client Journey, focusing on Human Touch, Brand DNA, and Clienteling.
- Support Retail Merchandisers in delivering Product Training.
- Maintain a presence on the sales floor, providing feedback on customer interaction behaviors.
- Participate in onboarding new store employees, collaborating with HR on training content.
- Monitor training effectiveness through KPI analysis and direct observation.
- Provide feedback to Head Office Line Managers/HR and Store Management on team progress.
- Manage budgets and costs related to store training.
- Utilize digital tools and LMS platforms effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Store/Retail Trainer, focusing on Client Journey and Clienteling.
- Experience in store leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office Suite, and LMS digital platforms.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
