Prada is hiring a Senior Client Advisor in Vienna. Deliver luxury retail excellence through personalized service, sales expertise, and trend awareness in a dynamic fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers to provide an excellent in-store experience at all times
- Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools
- Proactively engage in cross-selling across all departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge
- Address customer complaints effectively and escalate to management when necessary
- Ensure shop floor and visual display maintain high standards in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
- Contribute to security measures and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken German and English
- Passion for luxury fashion with a deep understanding of the luxury retail market
- Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing sales roles
- Strong knowledge of luxury brands and product categories
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in luxury retail environments with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience maintaining and developing high-value client relationships in a luxury fashion context is essential. Background in multi-brand luxury retail or flagship store environments is highly valued.
Education
Secondary education (high school) minimum; further luxury retail training or fashion-related studies are advantageous.
