PRADA is hiring a Senior Client Advisor in Singapore. Deliver personalised luxury client service and drive sales for Prada in Singapore.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enduring relationships with existing and prospective VIP and core clients through personalised service, proactive outreach and tailored clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets, including full‑price and key product campaigns, by delivering consultative selling and effective cross‑selling.
- Manage the end‑to‑end client experience: appointments, private viewings, after‑sales follow‑up and bespoke service requests.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records in the CRM, documenting preferences, purchases and follow‑up actions to build lifetime value.
- Support visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment and product presentation to uphold brand image and loss‑prevention protocols.
- Act as a mentor and role model for junior sales staff, providing on‑floor coaching, product training and feedback to elevate team performance.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions and ensure compliance with cash handling and store policies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales with demonstrable results in client acquisition and retention.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage high‑net‑worth clients discreetly and professionally.
- Strong commercial orientation and numeracy; comfortable working to targets and sales KPIs.
- Polished presentation, cultural sensitivity and a service mindset aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Availability for flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends as required by flagship store operations.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in luxury retail or high‑end fashion sales, preferably within an international maison or premium boutique, with a proven record of meeting sales targets and managing VIP clients.
Education
High school diploma required; tertiary education in fashion, retail management, business or a related field preferred.
