PRADA seeks a Senior Client Advisor RTW in London (Bond Street) — drive ready-to-wear sales and build HNW client relationships for the flagship store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-net-worth and repeat clients, cultivating long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Prospect, convert and grow a portfolio of clients through appointment selling, clienteling and proactive outreach.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators for ready-to-wear.
- Manage after-sales service and client follow-up, coordinating with central CRM and client services teams.
- Maintain the highest standards of product presentation, merchandising and store readiness in line with brand guidelines.
- Support stock management and replenishment activities in collaboration with store management and inventory teams.
- Mentor and coach junior sales colleagues; share product and styling expertise to elevate team capability.
- Represent the brand at client events and support trunk shows, private appointments and VIP activations.
Qualifications
- Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in luxury ready-to-wear retail, with demonstrable sales success.
- Proven track record managing HNW clients and closing high-value transactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, impeccable discretion and a client-first mindset.
- Excellent communication and styling ability; confident advising on product fit, fabric and wardrobe curation.
- Right to work in the UK and flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years' direct experience in luxury or high-end ready-to-wear retail, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing relationships with affluent clientele.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail, or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
