Prada seeks Senior Client Advisor in Paris. Luxury retail role focused on client relationships, sales excellence, and brand ambassadorship.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and deliver an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the luxury standards and heritage of the House
  • Build and maintain privileged client relationships through personalized engagement supported by CRM and digital tools
  • Maximize sales opportunities and facilitate cross-selling across all product categories to achieve individual and team KPIs
  • Demonstrate in-depth product and brand knowledge, particularly regarding the House's creative vision and seasonal offerings
  • Maintain current awareness of fashion trends, market positioning, and competitive landscape
  • Address client concerns and complaints professionally, collaborating with management when necessary
  • Ensure the retail environment is impeccably maintained according to visual merchandising standards, display protocols, and operational procedures
  • Contribute to point-of-sale security protocols and loss prevention measures

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated passion for luxury retail and client relationship management
  • Strong interest in fashion, art, design, and the luxury lifestyle sector
  • Problem-solving capability and ability to think strategically under pressure
  • Proven track record in building and nurturing high-value client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in French and English; a third language is advantageous
