Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to walk-in and VIP clients, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Manage a proprietary client book: prospect, schedule appointments, handle follow-up and coordinate bespoke requests.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through proactive selling, cross-selling and targeted clienteling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across collections and advise clients on styling, fit and provenance.
- Execute boutique visual merchandising and merchandising standards to reflect brand presentation guidelines.
- Accurately process transactions, returns and alterations through the POS; ensure compliance with cash-handling procedures.
- Collaborate with store leadership and cross-functional teams (inventory, e-commerce, client services) to optimise client experience.
- Contribute to after-sales service, client communications and delivery coordination for VIP orders.
Qualifications
- Proven success in luxury retail sales with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset and professional presentation.
- Strong organizational ability; adept at managing appointments, follow-up and client documentation.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling high-value clients and sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak shopping periods.
- Comfortable using POS systems and standard office tools to manage sales and client records.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury or premium retail, with demonstrated ability to cultivate and retain high-value clientele and to deliver consistently strong sales performance.
Education
Secondary education completed; vocational training or diploma in retail, fashion or business is advantageous.
